i got collg. in ipu nd now if i freeze seat then i did'nt get upgradation collg. i don't then i lost my seat what should i do?

I didn't get your question correctly. If you have freeze a college it means you don't to go for further round, you are satisfied with the seat. To go for upgradation, you have to choose float.
