For 2019, cutoff for integrated Mtech for CSE was around 8700. And for ECE it was 10900, for general category. And , It's highly likely that that cutoff would remain approx same this year too.
You chances are quite low to get any course.

Congratulations for this very good rank. BUT I'm very sorry to tell you that you have no or very low chances of getting IIIT Bangalore. As you know it is one of most prestigious IIIts,So it's cut offs are always high. But don't worry you will get very good Nits/Gftis with this rank.
