With your JEE Mains rank in SC category, I'm really sorry to tell you that it's not really probable that you will get a seat in any of the IIITs, for any subject, as you might be knowing IIITs, being one of the best colleges in the country, have really tight cutoffs. You can still attend the counselling, in case there is any chances for you to get a seat.
