I got just 69% in 12th cbse and just 28 marks in jee mains 2018. Am i eligible for any iiit colleges?

Sorry to say based on your score you will not be eligible to get admission in IIIT.
keep working hard and try to appear in as much possible entrance exams.

Nope. I'm sorry but that score will not fetch you a rank, enough to secure admission into any IIIT. Your best bet at this point is prepare for other exams you may have applied to, or just join any other government college of engineering in your state.
