i got a clg in 2nd round of tseamcet cousling, if i get a worse clg in 3rd round can i go back to the clg of 2nd round,i reported in 2nd clg

yes you can as per the notification. Fresh options can be entered but remember that the seat allotted in this round will be binding and the old one will be cancelled. If you dont get the allotment in this round then the old one will be valid. All the best!
