As you have got a rank, you have been qualified for TS EAMCET 2021. But that does not guarantee a seat.
A rank of 101042 in TS EAMCET 2021 is a very less rank to get into any of the good colleges in Telangana. If you want to get into top colleges with top branches, then you should have a rank below 10,000. With your rank you may get a seat in few colleges but won't be able to get in top colleges.
You would be getting seat only in the final round if seats are vacant.
