I got VIPS in the first round of counselling of IPU. If I don't pay the fee of 40,000, can I apply for subsequent rounds of counselling?

Hello Arnav Mishra, as you had got Vivekanand institute of professional studies in the first round kf counselling, and if you don't pay the fee of 40,000 then you will not get that college, but you can apply for the next rounds of counselling and in spot round too, to get a college.
