I hav applied for entrance based course and paid the fee also but these courses are not seen on my account on the tab "UG Admission based on Entrance Examination" Click Here Tab. Is it normal or indicative that there are some issues in the application

If you have successfully paid the fees and received the email that accepts your payment, there is no need to worry. Also, if there is any discrepancy in your application form, the university will let you know either through email or SMS. I suggest that you regularly check your email and SMS as well as contact the admissions helpline to confirm the status of your application.
