I have 1218 in KEAM rank list. During KEAMallotment, is it necessary to have conduct and migration certificate?

Hello Hrishikesh,
As per the counselling rules, you should have Conduct and Migration certificate if you have studied 12th anywhere outside Kerala.
But you can appear for counselling with TC.
