I regret to inform you that with such a low score in jee its difficult for you to get admission into college of engineering bhubneshwar .
As CET bhubneshwar is one of the most reputed colleges in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
You might get non core branches in it during the last councelling round.
