Iam from Ap (obc category) , I have scored around 500 in neet 2020 , will i get a seat in medical college anywhere around india

With 435 marks, your All India Rank will be around 102924 to 135074 approximately. Since you are from the general category, your chances of getting a seat in any government medical college is quite low with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
