I have 55 % in 10th and 49% in +2 ,can I get a good placement by doing mba in lovely professional university

First of all, you need to pursue Graduation after that you can pursue MBA programme which is a masters programme. So, focus on getting the Admission in Graduation programme first.

First of all MBA is done after the undergraduation since it's a post graduation or master degree. Now regarding your question. Nowadays academics doesn't play much of a role in finding jobs. It's your experience and skills that give you jobs. Even if you do you MBA from a very good college and have 0 skill and experience then nobody will prefer you. So while doing MBA or undergraduation, try to do internships in various organisation. Not for money but for the certificate. Develop your CV and you'll get a beautiful placement.
