Hello,
Yes you are eligible to appear for jee mains 2019 but you are not eligible for admission in NITs/IIITs/IITs if you are a student odf general/sc/st category.
But you can apply for other top colleges via your jee mains marks.

You cannot apply for jee main . The necessary condition is if you belongs to OBS/SC/ST you must got 65% atleast or for general you must got atleast 75%.

Hi Aspirant,
On the basis of the marks you have obtained,you are eligible for the exam of JEE Mains.
However,The following eligibility will be considered during admission, not during appearing in the exam or filling the application form.
For admissions to NIT's,IIIT's and other CFTI's:-
Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board.For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.
