Hi,
First of all congratulations on your rank. You can easily get cse in any of the campuses. I think you should try VIT Vellore. I recommend VIT Vellore which is the first campus. As the Bhopal and Amravati campus is opened in 2017. Vit Vellore has got the good infrastructure, many companies visits during placements and the starting package could be around 6 LPA.

It is quite difficult to predict the chances in which campus you would get seat in Computer Science Engineering because the cut off rank changes every year based on factors such as difficulty level of examination, total number of candidates who have taken VITEEE examination, total number of seats available etc. By analyzing the cut off for the past years you have chances of getting seat in Vellore Institute of Technology- Vellore campus and Chennai campus.
