Dear Ramila, your exam cuty can be anywhere across India. There is no restriction in that. Due to heavy traffic load in the GATE application portal, IIT-Delhi has extended the last date for submission of the application form with normal fees until September 26th. The candidates can apply through the website,gate.iitd.ac.intill 6 pm.Meanwhile, the candidates can submit their applications till October 1 with the late fee.
