I have cleared Fy.Bcom through regular college. In Sy having 3kt in sem 4 n sem3 1kt. so am i eligiable to fulfill the form of TY through MU

Hello!

Depends on which course you are doing and from which college. Certain colleges do not admit students in TY if they have more than a specific number of KTs. Confirm in the college's office in which you want to apply for ty.
