i had the same problem, i googled about it and apparently the registration period for both attempts was till 20th march only and you can't fill the form for the 2nd attempt. you can only hope that they post some kind of extension or an emergency application form for the 2nd attempt

You can fill the MHT CET application form phase 2 if you missed the phase 1 registration. The MHT CET registration dates is yet to be announced. Stay updated and fill out the phase 2 registration.
