I have got 31k rank in JEE mains 2018 (ruined the paper... Was expecting 10k before exams). Will I get cse ?

Definitely, You can get NITs for B.Tech. in Computer Science And Engineering. However, You can not get top NITs but you can get Mid ranked NITs because CSE is one of the most popular engineering streams.
