i have got 38401 in jee mains can i get panjab university

youu rank is good. according to me you will get the seat in punjab university. all you have to do is wait for the cut offs. adn visit college as soon as possible before the seats fill. and ask them for the admission process. and you can anything if you stil have any doubts. all the best have a great future ahead.
