I have got 42marks in ts eamcet by seeing key paper and I got 816 marks in intermediate and I am a st category student

The minimum marks to qualify the TS EAMCET exam is 40 marks. As you got 42 marks you just qualified the exam. You can't expect a better rank with this score. But as you are from ST category your will get better colleges even with this score.
