VITEEE rank list has been announced now. Due to Covid19 pendemic this year the VITEEE was cancelled and the admission for this academic session was to be given based on class 12 examination.
According to past year cutoff the closing rank for CSE in VIT Vellore is 7000 and that for other campus is around 14000. Now you have got 43443 rank which much mote than the previous year closing rank. Therefore it is not possible to get CSE for you.
