I have got 74 percentile in jee mains can i get seat in nit surat Or maharaja sayaji rao University baroda ?

For your percentile your general rank may be around 250000. You even has less chance to qualify for jee advanced and may not be eligible for sitting in josaa counselling.

74 percentile is very less marks and when you calculate your approximately rank it will be more than 2 lakhs.(will change depending upon april exam and strength).

But with this approximation rank it will be not possible to get admission NIT PATNA or in this college also.

So I would suggest you to work hard for next attempt and try to secure rank under 30 thousand /97-100 percentile score.
