As i have told you that your rank will be around 2700. And you have homestate as bihar, so let me tell you the general trends of last few years of homestate quota:
For 2018
Opening rank for NITP-1625
Closing rank for NITP-4151
And also in 2017 - closing rank was around 4000.
So you have a good chances of getting a seat in NITP
