Hello dear student ,

No dear student if you leave your seat alloted to you in first round of counseling and apply in the second round then at first palace the seat alloted to you is given to somebody else and is not there for you. Because you are not freezing your seat by hivigi 40,000 demand draft at the first round of counseling. I hope this was helpful
