Dear aspirant,
I'm sorry to say this but now your can't correct it NTA has given correction facility in some particulars & uploading images. The board has offer correction facility to the candidates.NEET Application Correction facility has been provided to the candidates from 14th-31st January 2019. No correction will be allowed after this date.
The Board has provided ONE TIME CORRECTION OPPORTUNITY to the candidates only in the data which may affect the merit.
