Hello aspirant. Sorry to say but your marks are little less to get you a seat in government medical college.
And if you have to study MBBS then you will have to apply in private medical college to make your dream come true.You can easily get a seat in private medical college with 300 marks.

Sir my marks is only I guess in the result but I don't get good marks in neet but I concluded this question ....thank-you
