I have obtained a seat in the first round of VIT counselling , I wish to apply and register for the second round of counselling, how to do so ? My rank is 12292

If you have already been allotted a seat in the first round of VIT counselling, then whether you can participate in the next round depends on the option you selected after allotment (like accept with upgrade/wait for better preference).

Usually, if you chose the upgrade option during counselling, you can still be considered for the next round automatically. If you fully confirmed and locked the allotted seat without upgrade, then participation in further rounds may not be allowed.

With a rank around 12292, it would be better to regularly check the counselling portal and official instructions for upgrade/next-round options.
