After being alloted in phase 1 in vit counselling i want to change my minor how to do that

According to the latest VITEEE 2026 counselling guidelines, once your seat is allotted and you pay the advance fee, you cannot change the allotted branch, campus, or category later.
However, if you want to change your minor or specialized program, you mainly have two options:
Option 1: Join a Later Counselling Phase (If Fee Is Not Paid)
If you have not paid the booking fee for your current allotted seat, you can skip that allotment and participate in the next counselling phases to try for another branch or campus.
But keep in mind:

You may lose your current seat
Better categories may get filled
Only higher fee categories might remain later
Option 2: Program/Branch Migration After 1st Year
If you accept the seat, you can try for branch or minor change after your first year. Usually, this requires:

A very high CGPA (mostly 9+ or at least around 8.5)

Completing required bridge courses in the 2nd semester

Seat availability, since migration is merit-based
So, the safer option is usually to secure a seat first and then work hard in the first year for migration.
