Yes definitly there is no upper limit age criteria for NEET UG. So if you want to start all over from 11 std by taking biology you can do it at your lisure.
The essential eligibility criteria is to pass 12 std with physics, chemistry and biology.
So go ahead if you are so much interested in taking up medical field, start over all again.
