I have permanent resident certificate of jharkhand , and domicile of UP , can I apply for both states' counselling in neet ug 2020 under state quota? is it illegal to do so?

Hi. You can apply for both the state counselling but the conditions apply as following:
1. If you have the domicile of a particular seat, you can take any seat there of your category (government, semi-government, or management) because of the 85% reservation.
2. If you reside in a particular state without domicile, you can only avail the management seats there.
Attending the counselling of both the states is not illegal, it is just that the kind of seat you are competing for is completely different in both the cases.
