i have rank 4115 in JEE Adv and i belong to SC catagory which IITs CS branch i can get?

If you're rank in 4115 in all india category , then as per your rank and category you can get many good iit's in computer science .

Otherwise , if you're category rank is 4115 , then there are very less chances for cse in iit's . Then you can opt for colleges other than iit's accepting JEE Advanced score.

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to colleges other than IIT which are these  - IISC Bangalore , IISER ,IIST Thiruvananthapuram , RGIPT , IIPE .These are all national level research institutes and all are institute of national importance so you can try for them also to get admission .

Your querry seems to be incomplete.  Please mention whether that rank is general or category rank. I will give answer for both.

If rank is general category rank- Then possible college include- IIT tirupati, IIT Goa, IIT Palakkad, IIT Dharwad  , IIT bhilai, IIT jammu

If this rank is your category rank than you have very low chances for getting any branch in any IIT. You won't  get CSE too.

It's not clear from the question that the rank you provided is Category rank or General rank.

If it's a general rank you can get good IIT but CSE branch is little hard. If you provide full details I would be easier to answer.

If it's SC rank you can make up your way to IIT.
