I have rank on 27 k in IPU I heard that spot counseling everyone will get college in IPU is it also for 2018.

First of all congratulations for getting such rank and colleges are allotted through rounds of online counseling and you need to check IPU website regularly for updates and if IPU provides notification regarding spot counselling then only you will get a college in spot counseling. Also do read and follow the guidelines provided by IPU. Hope you get college of your choice!
