i have scored 160 mark in jee main april 2019 i am in genral cateogry what are possible best IIIT would i get in CS or IT branch

For 160 marks, you have high chances of getting IIITs for CS/IT or ECE. You have chances for Jabalpur, kanchepuram, guwhati, pune, nagpur, ranchi, kota... in fact leaving hyderabad, delhi, allahabad and banglore you can get rest all of them.
But by my view you should go for jabalpur, kanchepuram since they are older IIITs. You can also chose guwhati in this case.
