I have scored 236marks in neet. Will I get admission there for MBBS? Or any other courses?

Your score is too low. You cannot get a seat for MBBS in any college without donation. You have not mentioned your category. If you belong to General category then you have chances of getting BAMS or BHMS in private college. If you belong to SC/ST category then you may get BDS in private colleges.
