I have scored 80.97 percentile will i get admission in ipu or nit?

Hey aspirant, At this Percentile your expected general rank is about 1 lakh 70 thousand.

Your rank is quite high if you are from the general or OBC category and thus can't get into any NITs or even IIITs.

You may have chances in some of the private colleges of IPU but Good government colleges are still not possible.

I would recommend you try to improve your percentile in the April session of Jee Mains.

IPU conducts its own entrance exam IPUCET. You need to score well in IPUCET to get IPU. They don't accept jeemains.

Now NITs take on basis of jeemains. For your percentile and general category you will have rank around 180000. You have very low chance to get NITs for this rank. You need to be in 35000 to get a seat in NIT.
