and with this rank it will quit difficult to get NITs or any Government college.
but yes you can take adimission in some private colleges for CSE.

JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year for the first time and for ranking purposes the better of the two scores will be considered. Have you appeared for JEE Main April exam also?
As per your percentile in the January attempt and considering you belong to the General category, chances are less of getting a seat in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
