I have seen the recruitment notices of many PSU that they want BTech in electronics. Can MSc in Electronics apply for them with GATE score?

You can apply for any PSU but it should be on the basis of BTech .
It need not to do anything with Mtech your GATE score will be e Surely checked if itbis above certain limit for example your your GATE rank is within 500, I mean in top 500 then you can easily take PSU or or any Navratna or Mahatma company easily.
