I born in karnataka and my parents also born and live in karnataka, I studied upto 10th from karnataka ( period of 10 consecutive years) and 11,12th completed from Maharashtra so can i get all domicile and all state skim facilities of karnataka state

The domicile certificate means a document which includes the information of permanent residence. So if you have your permanent home in Karnataka then the domicile certificate will be of Karnataka. In other words, the domicile means the home state where you have a permanent home.
