I would say go for B.Tech CSE at LPU. Though you should also look for your interest as well.

But considering the market requirements, CSE has an edge over ECE and also LPU is better than oriental institute OF science and technology.

LPU is the best option for engineering, be it any branch and if you talk about CSE, LPU is always student's first choice.
