I have two houses and i have written the address of the house in du form which is different from my aadhar card will this lead to cancel

Hii Bhumika,
There's no problem if you have written a different address than the one in your adhar card and will not lead to the cancellation of your form. You must have noticed that you have to write a correspondence and a permanent address, you can fill both the address accordingly in your form.

Don't worry. This will not lead to cancellation of your registration form. The details filled during registration is only for basic information. There are many students who fill forms from different parts of the country who do not stay at their permanent residence and fill their correspondence address which may/maynot be same as the address in their aadhar card. The documents submitted at the time of admission is the main thing.
