i haved dropped a year for neet but if states decide by ipe marks it affects students like me who scored less in ipe.

There is no such decision taken by NTA or HRD Ministry regarding NEET. As of now NEET UG 2020 will be conducted as per the schedule on July 26, 2020. HRD Ministry has asked NTA to take a decision considering the present situation regarding the exam dates. Either it will be conducted as per schedule or it may get postponed. Either ways there will be an entrance exam conducted and IPE marks are not considered to prepare the merit list for NEET.
