Yes, you can apply for the 2nd round of counselling even if you have missed the first one.
The display of seat matrix would be in the first week of July, 2019.
Fresh Registration, payment and choice filling would start from July 9 to 11(upto 5:00 p.m).
Choice filling ends on July 12 , 2019(10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m)
Last date of payment is July 11, 2019(upto 12:00 a.m).
