i received 40 in phy 46 in chem and 51 in bio can i give neet and cet exam my total of pcb is 137 and in percentage it is 45.6 ,obc caste so can i give exam

NEET is a entrance exam conducted by NTA particularly for courses like MBBS,BDS, BAMS etc
The minimum eligibility for NEET entrance exam is 10+2 or appearing with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.The min. percentage criteria for eligibilty in NEET is as followed:
UR-50%
OBC/SC/ST-40%
UR(PH)-45%
As you got 45.6% in OBC category,you are eligible for the NEET entrance exam.
