I score 89.8% marks in Xii with PCM from CBSE. Can I take admission in B.Sc. houners Maths in DU?

Probably you might get admission.it all depends on this year cutoff so it's better you check the previous year cutoff to get some idea. And in case you don't get the admission in DU , you can look for other colleges like Pune university, Calcutta university etc. All the best.
