Clat cut off marks change every year based on the difficulty level of the questions asked in the exam.
Your marks are quite good and on the basis of previous years cut-off there are fair chance that you clear the cut-off and as you mentioned your category it increases your chance of getting a seat in rmlnlu based on OBC qouta.
