I secured 242 score in Neet ug and in which college I can select as first option. And caste is BC B and AU region

Your score is very low in order to secure you a seat in any government medical college, either for MBBS or for BDS. Also, it is really diificult for you to get any government quota seat in private colleges through state counselling. All you can go with is management quota seats of private colleges, there you will get a seat, but the fees will be pretty high. But, do appear for counselling process, the cut offs change every year and thus nothing is certain. The last option being taking a drop.
