As per your percentage and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-
SVC - Sri Venkateswara College—B.Com
Delhi College of Arts and Commerce—B.Com
Kirori Mal College - KMC—B.Com
Ramjas College, Delhi—B.Com
Swami Shraddhannad college, Delhi—B.Com
Also, cutoff change every year depending upon the result of 12th standard. Cutoff may go higher this year.
