Hey there

As soon as you are alloted a seat In neet counseling you have to deposit the online fees and then you'll have to report at the reporting centre for documentation. Doing all these will make you eligible for 2nd round or else you will not be permitted to participate in 2nd but then you can participate in 3rd etc. If you have chosen float option then only you can upgrade you College remember that.

Once you are allotted a seat, there are 4 options to choose from:

1. Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat need to fill in the Status Retention form and submit it to the allotted college.

2 Candidates who are satisfied with the seat but want to participate in further rounds should select Option 2.

3. Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seat but are willing to participate in further rounds should select Option 3.

4.Candidates who are not satisified with the allotted seat and do not want to continue further should select Option 4.

So you should select 3rd option.
