Hi there, the eligibility for B Tech CSE is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

LPUNEST is mandatory. You can't take admission in B Tech CSE without qualifying mandatory entrance test.

Well the eligibility criteria to apply for admissions at LPU  for B.tech. programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90%  in 10+2 , or 90 percentile in  JEE Mains, then LPUNEST  will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.

LPUNEST is a multicple choice questions exam based on your 12th syllabus. You should go ahead and appear for the exam as it also serves the purpose of scholarship.

For B. Tech CSE in LPU, you must first pass with 60% aggregate in 10+2  along with Physics, Mathematics and English as subjects, or equivalent, and must qualify in the LPUNEST entrance examination.
Further, LPUNEST will be exempted if a student has scored more than or equal to 90% in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2.

Also, 5% relaxation will be given to North East states and Sikkim candidates, Defence Personnel and their Dependents, and Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.

So, you have to crack LPUNEST first to get admission in LPU for B.Tech. CSE.
