iam from eee and SC category,my gate score is 340 and AIR is 18k,is there any chance for iit bombay or iit bhubeneshwar?

career 360 is showing cutoff score for iit bombay and iit bhubeneshwar as 340 for sc in power systems which is same as my score.Is there any chance of getting an interview call??
